Frequently asked questions
What do I need to use it?
A PC with 64-bit Windows 10 or 11, a keyboard and a mouse. The installer adds the virtual Xbox controller driver; you don't need a physical controller.
Which games does it work with?
PC games that support an Xbox controller. You can have a separate profile for each game with its own keys and settings.
How long does my license take to arrive?
With card and Mercado Pago it usually arrives in seconds. With OXXO, once you pay at the store. With Bitcoin, once the network confirms the payment. In every case it shows up automatically in My account.
Can I use my license on another PC?
Each license works on one PC at a time. With Lifetime, My account has a reset button to free it and activate it on another PC, as many times as you want. 7 and 30 day licenses stay on the PC where you activate them.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit or debit card (in US dollars), Mercado Pago in Mexican pesos (card, balance or OXXO) and Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.
